2. Survey

Our technical surveyor will discuss any physical or mechanical measures needed to control condensation in your property.

  • All installations of any mechanical control measures are carried out by our experienced technicians.
  • We only recommend mechanical control measures when it is necessary.

3. Treatment

All work is carried out by experienced technicians, to the high standards of the PCA.

  • We only recommend remedial treatment, where it is necessary
  • Only the safest of preservatives are used, with a one-hour re-entry time
  • All preservatives are aqueous based and odourless

4. Aftercare

Condensation Control Units, covered by manufacturers 5-year warranty

  • Most installations can be completed in just one day
  • An annual servicing available
